Our mill offers a wide range of carbon and alloy steels, meeting national and international standards. The range includes non-alloy engineering steels, case-hardening, through- and surface-hardening, nitriding, high-chromium, pressure-grade, and heat-resistant steels in accordance with relevant EN and DIN specifications.
Closed Die
Closed die is ideal for geometrically complex parts where there is repeatable volume. Material is placed between two impression dies and deformed. Complemented by numerous heat treatment options, testing and visual inspection operations and in-house machining we can offer a complete service.Our closed die partner can supply parts up to 1,500kg.
Open Die
We supply open die forgings and forged bars in many grades of carbon, alloy and stainless steels. These can be supplied rough machined or fully machined to drawing.

Our open die partner can supply parts >100 Tonnes.
Ring Rolling
2 ring rolling mills and the capability of supplying parts up to 3000kg.
Our partner can manufacture rings in steel, stainless and duplex and nickel alloys.
Electrical Upsetting
Electrical upsetting makes it possible to obtain parts with variations in diameter.
Our partner is able to produce parts up to 200 Kg for all batch quantities in most steel, stainless and alloy grades.
Cold Forging
We represent one of the European specialists in this process
Cold forging consists of deforming metal at room temperature by applying very high pressure.
Our production range extends from 30Kg / up to a maximum length of 800 mm.
